Do you work with clients from all over Romania?
Yes. Mr. Bocse Marian-Mihaita can plead before all courts in Romania and represents clients from across the country, including companies and foreign nationals. The first conversation can take place by phone, by e-mail or at the office.
How can I book a consultation?
Call us or write to us through the contact form. We will agree on the date and format of the meeting. For urgent situations, such as detention, a search or an expiring deadline, call directly.
How much does a lawyer cost?
Fees are set in the legal assistance contract, depending on the complexity of the case, the workload and the court. At the first conversation we explain clearly how they are calculated and what they include.
Can you represent a person or company from abroad in a dispute in Romania?
Yes. We represent individuals and companies from other countries in litigation, enforcement, insolvency and administrative proceedings in Romania. Documents can be exchanged electronically, the power of attorney can be signed remotely, and in many cases the client does not need to travel to Romania.
Do you provide assistance in English?
Yes. We assist foreign clients, investors and recruitment agencies in English, especially on residence rights, citizenship, posting of workers and A1 certificates, contracts and litigation.
